Downloading or deriving personal data without consent is a criminal offense, especially if published elsewhere. Attempts may also be punishable.

3.5 API

APIs may only be used for purposes other than those intended with prior agreement. Other client systems are generally allowed, provided they do not facilitate violations of these terms or applicable law. We may grant certain providers permission to host their interfaces on the api.bennokahmann.me subdomain. They are required to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized use. Any violations of these guidelines will be governed by German law, regardless of the provider’s claims. If a provider becomes aware of unauthorized access to the API, they must act promptly to stop it and notify us via email. No rights to our code or media are granted to third parties. USE OF OUR CODE, TEXTS, OR MEDIA WITHOUT EXPLICIT PERMISSION IS UNLAWFUL. This website is subject to special protection against copying.

4.1 Attribution

Use of our products on third-party websites requires clear attribution at the place of use. This includes API usage.

4.2 Open Source

Some parts of our code may be used in non-commercial projects with clear attribution. No warranty is provided for such code.
